Terms and Conditions for Participation at Ems Yoga Space

By registering and attending classes at Ems Yoga Space, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation


I confirm that my participation in yoga and related exercises is entirely voluntary, and I assume full responsibility for my actions during classes.

2. Physical Risks and Medical Consultation


I understand that yoga and similar exercises involve physical risks and that these activities are not a substitute for medical treatment. I agree to consult with my healthcare provider before starting any class, workshop, or program at Ems Yoga Space.

3. Disclosure of Medical Conditions


I will inform the instructor of any existing medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect my ability to participate in class. If I experience any discomfort or strain during a class, I will stop immediately, inform the teacher, and seek medical advice if necessary.

4. Pregnancy and Existing Conditions


In case of pregnancy or a pre-existing medical condition, I confirm that I have consulted with my GP, midwife, or healthcare professional before attending any classes. I assume full responsibility for my well-being (and the well-being of my baby, if applicable) and waive any claims against Ems Yoga Space.

5. Personal Responsibility


I acknowledge that yoga requires proper body alignment, and instructors may assist with adjustments. I consent to such physical adjustments, but if I am uncomfortable with them, I will inform the teacher. I also accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages resulting from my failure to follow instructions or my own physical limitations.

6. Property Liability


I accept that Ems Yoga Space is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property brought to the premises. Lost items will be held for up to two weeks before disposal.

7. COVID-19

Acknowledgment
Ems Yoga Space has implemented measures to minimize the risk of contracting COVID-19, but I enter the premises at my own risk. If I am feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness, I will refrain from attending classes. I understand that Ems Yoga Space is not liable for any loss related to contracting COVID-19, either directly or indirectly, from attending classes.

8. Acceptance of Terms


By registering for and attending classes at Ems Yoga Space, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined here.
